We understand that when purchasing a new product, it may not be what you expected. Our return policy is as follows:
Returns of unused product are accepted within thirty days from the date you receive the merchandise. Use our Contact Form and we will be happy to assist you.
We will accept returns of all unopened, unused products. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to us. We offer store credit or will credit your original payment method.
We generally cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to report the damaged items. We will reship immediately and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item.
If a product line has recently went through a packaging or formula change we will send out the old formula/packaging until our stock runs out . You agree to this in our terms and conditions at checkout. We will not accept returns of old/new packaging or formula changes for that reason alone.
