How do I contact you?
   Here is our contact info. You can also get to this page by clicking the Contact Us link at the top menu of any page.
How long does it take to ship an order?
   Most orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days after receipt of order providing the merchandise is in stock. Customers on the East coast should receive their orders within 2-3 days after shipment. West coast orders could take as long as 5-7 days after shipment. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and ship as soon as possible.
There is a product I want that is not listed
   We can get most salon exclusive lines. Please email us using our Contact form about how to place a special order for a product not listed on the website.
What will my shipping charges be?
   We can not estimate shipping charges until an order is packed and weighed. $9.95 shipping charge will be added to all orders under $50. We will ship by UPS or USPS (using the method that will cost the least), These charges are based on packages weighing 6 pounds or less. Actual charges will be added to those order weighing greater than 6 pounds. International orders have a minimum $89.95 shipping charge and we reservce the right to add $10 per package if the order's total weight is greater than 40 pounds.  If you would like to know what shipping charges will be for other delivery options, email us using our Contact form
Can my package be shipped overnight or 2nd day air?
   We will be happy to ship your order using faster delivery methods. Just Contact Us to find out how much the additional shipping charges will be.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
   Yes, we can ship to a PO Box using the United States Postal Service. Additional charges may apply depending upon the weight of the package. We may every effort to minimize shipping costs so just email us using our Contact form if you feel your order may be too heavy for USPS and we can estimate shipping charges for you.
My order was damaged in shipping
   We take great care in packing our orders for shipment but once the order leaves our salon damages can ccur. Accept our apologies in advance. Contact us immediately so we may notify the shipping company. We will work with you to get your product replaced as quickly as possible.  USA Hair Care will tape flip top lids on all products to prevent spillage during shipping.  This helps insure that your professional salon product is delivered in perfect condition, ready for your use.
If you live in a cold climate please take precautions when ordering in the extreme cold winter months.  If possible have the items delivered when someone will be home to  accept the package or considering delivering to your place of employment.  many of these salon products are subject to freezing if left on an outside porch.  While the products will  usually work fine if frozen, the consistency of shampoos and conditioners may change once the product thaws.
What is your return policy?
   Just click on the Return Policy link at the top menu of every page for all information concerning returns and exchanges. Contact Us with questions.
   PayPal customers that do not have a paypal account will receive a request for money after the order is received. We will ship after Paypal notifies Usa Hair Care that the payment is confirmed.
I do not wish to receive advertising specials from USA Hair Care
   We respect every customer's right to privacy. If you do not wish to receive e-mails advertising specials and sales, just log in to your Account and check the box to opt out of any emails.
I need advice on a product
   E-Mail us using our Contact form Our staff will be glad to assist you in your product selection. 
I forgot my password
   Click Login from the Left Side "Welcome Guest" Box then click the Forgot Password link and supply the email address you used when you registered and your account information will be emailed to you along with a temporary password that you can reset.
Do I need to have a user id and password to make a purchase?
   If you do not have a user name and password you will be asked to create one at checkout. Our user accounts DO NOT ask for or save credit card information. This is for your protection. Registering gives you access to your account control panel where you can check your order status, Update your details, Change password, Subscribe and unsubscribe to our newsletter, As well as including you in our drawings and giveaways. We will never sell or give your information to anyone. We hate spam as much as you do.
